2011. janu�r 31-�n kiadott sajt�k�zlem�ny�nket k�vet�en �s annak szellem�ben tov�bb folytattuk er�fesz�t�seinket, hogy a Fradi vezet�s�t arra alkalmas �s megfelel� magyar emberek kez�be adjuk. Ennek okait a hivatkozott sajt�k�zlem�nyben r�szletesen kifejtett�k. Fontosnak tartjuk megjegyezni, hogy jelenleg kb. 2 milli� euro (550 milli� forint) jogos �favisszaig�nyl�se van a klubnak a magyar ad�hivatallal szemben, mely �sszeg �tutal�s�ra m�r t�bb mint 2 �ve v�runk, �s melyre m�g mindig nem ker�lt sor. Tov�bb� az is t�ny, hogy t�bb magyar szponzor �s t�mogat� nem teljes�tette szerz�d�sben v�llalt anyagi k�telezetts�geit a klubbal szemben. Az ut�bbi 2 h�tben 3 olyan t�rsas�ggal folytattunk egyeztet�seket, melyek szerepet v�llaltak volna e h�res �s b�szke klub ir�ny�t�s�ban. Sajn�latos m�don egyik�k sem tett olyan �sszer� aj�nlatot, mely alapj�n megegyez�s sz�lethetett volna.

Feltett sz�nd�kunk volt, hogy a r�szv�nyek t�bbs�g�t olyan - arra alkalmas �s megfelel� - szem�ly kez�be adjuk, aki megval�s�tja azt az elk�pzel�s�nket, hogy a klub "visszaker�lj�n a magyar emberek kez�be". Meglep�dve tapasztaltuk, hogy egyetlen ilyen szem�ly sem tett megfelel� aj�nlatot. Csoportunk 3 �ven �t finansz�rozta a Fradit, mik�zben - a t�bbi magyar klubbal ellent�tben - mi semmif�le �llami t�mogat�st nem kaptunk. Az ut�bbi 4-5 h�napban �ri�si er�fesz�t�seket tett�nk annak �rdek�ben, hogy �j tulajdonost tal�ljunk.

Nem �rt�nk egyet a rendk�v�li k�zgy�l�s hat�rozat�val, mivel - v�lem�ny�nk szerint - a szurkol�k jogos elv�r�sait �s saj�t c�ljainkat is csak akkor val�s�thatjuk meg, ha kinevez�nk egy ideiglenes szak�rt�i st�bot, mely �tveszi a klub vezet�s�t �s felel�s�ggel viseltetik a klub ir�nt. A Scarborough csoport felel�ss�ggel v�llalja, hogy biztos anyagi h�tteret ny�jt e szak�rt�i st�b m�k�dtet�s�hez. Somogyi Ferenc �r v�llalja, hogy biztos�tja a klub m�k�d�s�t �s a napi teend�k ell�t�s�t, valamint azt, hogy a klubot megfelel� form�ban adja �t egy esetlegesen jelentkez� �j tulajdonosnak. Ez a fajta korszer� p�nz�gyi �s szerkezeti modell az ut�bbi �vekben sz�mos esetben sikeresnek bizonyult az Egyes�lt Kir�lys�gban. A csapat vezet� edz�je Prukner L�szl� �s a labdar�g� st�b t�bbi tagja a hely�n marad �s folytatja a felk�sz�l�st a tavaszi szezonra.

�s most elj�tt az ideje annak, hogy a Klub olyan magyar emberek kez�be ker�lj�n, akik felel�ss�ggel tudj�k vezetni �s ir�ny�tani azt.

Following our press statement of 31st January 2011 as stated we have continued in our efforts to hand over control of Fradi to sensible Hungarian people, given the reasons clearly indicated within the earlier release. It is worth noting that the outstanding amount of VAT due to the Club now approaches c.2m EUR and still awaits clearance and payments from the Hungarian Revenue. We have waited nearly 2 years for the staged VAT repayments to be processed! Likewise outstanding sums from local sponsors remain due. Within the last 2 weeks we have met 3 parties interested in assisting and/or acquiring control of this famous and proud Club. Regrettably it has not proved possible to conclude any sensible form of transaction with them.

Please bear in mind that to the right "fit and proper person" we were prepared to gift majority control of shares in Fradi as part of our stated intention to "hand it back to Hungarian people". Thus we have been surprised that no such persons have put forward a sensible deal. It is to be remembered that our group has fully funded Fradi for some 3 years without gaining the levels of support afforded to other Hungarian clubs. Within the last 4-5 months we have worked assiduously to find new owners.

We do not agree with the outcome of the meeting of the General Assembly as in our opinion - in order to meet the aims of supporters and ourselves is now to appoint a specialised business expert to take over the administration and responsibilities of the Club. Scarborough will assume the responsibility of the costs of such expert. Thus henceforth Mr Ferenc Somogyi will assume responsibility for the administration and running of the club with a clear initial remit to secure a new owner if at all possible. This modern day form of reshaping and procuring new owners of football clubs has occurred in the United Kingdom on a good number of occasions over the last few years. Our team manager - Laszlo Prukner - and members of the football squad remain in place and continue mid season training in preparation for a return to action with an exciting second half of the season in prospect.

Now is the time for Hungarian people who really care about the Club to take the reigns.
